Grand Marshals: Six organizations who significantly impact Jefferson and Marion County have been selected to serve as our Grand Marshals in the 2026 parade. The Lions Club, Rotary Club, and Marion County Diversified & Social Concerns Organization are three organizations who focus on community service. The Jefferson Carnegie Library, built in 1907, is one of four operating Carnegie libraries remaining in Texas. The Jefferson Historical Museum houses memorabilia showcasing the history of Jefferson and East Texas. The Historic Jefferson Foundation is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Jefferson and Marion County to those who visit our “little piece of heaven”. It is with deep gratitude and pleasure that we honor them as our 2026 Grand Marshals.
